As an Enrolled Agent authorized to practice before the IRS, I am federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS and specialize in proactive tax planning for small business owners.

I spent over a decade running a multimillion-dollar dental practice, managing cash flow, taxes, payroll, and day-to-day operations. That real-world experience shapes how I work today. Practical systems. No unnecessary complexity.

I developed the PALM Cash Flow System, a clear framework for pricing, planning, and profitability. It remains a core part of how many clients find me and how I help them create clarity and consistency in their finances.
