Hi, I’m Vicki Holman—Fractional CFO, bookkeeping strategist, and content creator.

I help consultants, content creators, and pink-collar professionals build profitable, sustainable businesses with clear financial strategy and support.

My background includes over a decade running a multimillion-dollar dental practice, where I served as CFO and managed everything from cash flow to HR to long-term planning. After selling the practice, I shifted into coaching, consulting, and creating content to help other business owners gain control of their finances.

Along the way, I developed the PALM Cash Flow System, a 9-step method designed to simplify pricing, planning, and profitability. While it’s no longer the center of my work, it remains a valuable tool I still offer to clients who need it.

Today, I combine real-world business experience with strategic financial support through ongoing bookkeeping and Fractional CFO services. I recently returned to California after living abroad in Saipan and completing one of my biggest bucket list goals: walking the Camino de Santiago. I'm thriving in this new midlife chapter—and I love helping others thrive in theirs too.
