Hi, I’m Vicki Holman.

Enrolled Agent and cash flow, tax, and bookkeeping strategist for service-based business owners.​

I am an Enrolled Agent, which means I am federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

 

My background is not in accounting school. I co-built a multi-million-dollar dental practice from the ground up and managed the finances, payroll, taxes, and a team of 13 for over a decade. After selling the practice, I spent five years running a consulting business, working directly with small business owners. What I saw again and again was not a lack of effort. There was a lack of clarity in the numbers.

 

Today I work as a tax professional at a full-service accounting firm in Northern California. On the side, I built the tools I wish had existed when I was running my businesses.

 

My need for change and experiences drives it all. I walked the Camino de Santiago. I have lived on a small island in the middle of the Pacific. I choose experiences over accumulation. Travel and adventure are my why. The work I do, whether it is tax returns at the firm or Google Sheets downloads built late at night, is about building a life that has room for all of it.

 

The tools in this shop are built by someone who has been in the room where money is stressful. I know what it feels like to be too close to the numbers to see them clearly.
